My name is Rosana Hermann and I have just read and linked a post from your blog, (http://lucindastorms.blogspot.com.br/2011_07_01_archive.html ), the one where you wrote about a wonderful Venetian necklace made of assembled Millefiori Beads you saw at a fair.
40 years ago (I´m 56) I saw such necklace (exactly the same, maybe a little longer) at an antique fair and I fell in love with it. The necklace broke (I wrote about it - https://medium.com/in-sight/11644906214b) and I regretted not being able to have it again.
Last month I went to Venice and visite the Murano Island. I looked for the same necklace, but couldn't find the exact one. So I bought another, very pretty, similar, but a little more white and opaque instead of shiny.
Then I found a technique and put the old necklace together. so now I have two of them.
And I read your post, where you said the necklace did not fit you.
So I thought: maybe I could give the one I just assembled, exactly with the SAME beads you loved , to you. Because you would appreciate it just as much as I did once.
If you want to write back to me, my emails is rosana@gmail.com .
