Is it really finally finished?
It's been hanging around my studio being difficult for almost a year.
It was just such a boring painting, blah.
Then I just slapped some purple glaze on it from a painting of irises I am working on next to it.
Viola!

Is there anything more beautiful and promising than a pile of paint?

I have so many paintings started that the only stupid thing to do was to begin another one.
There are ones of bleeding hearts, irises, more dog portraits...

Even tho there's a cute puppy in the middle of the painting it's going to be all about the clover.
And pet privilege, but more on that in another post.
