Watching the trains come and go after an afternoon spent making beads.
I am thinking of taking a larger studio space but can't imagine giving up this view.
A new stool. The little foot rest is on a hinge so you can move it to the perfect spot or tuck it away underneath and out of the way.
So many marvers - so little time.
Everyone else's blog photographs of their studios are so sunny and sweet.
My studio is more gritty than glamorous, I suppose the same is true of me.
I love my little glass penthouse.

I love your studio...more like an old wold craftsman type and your photos of it make me envious.
Great space ...and so tidy too. It looks plenty large in the pics but you know what you need.
Very Nice! What are you keeping your glass rods in? It looks very space efficient!
My rods are stored in an old filing mail box from an office - a rack of cubbyholes where memos and stuff were sorted for employees. A pre-email relic.
Excellent idea!
