I do love the rhubarb too. My old landscaping job gave me access to bushels of it and I couln't seem to give it away. Now I have access to an over 50 year old entire garden of the most lovely red stalks, so much so that I'm still eating the last of last years that went from Alaska to Arizona and back...wandering rhubarb.
